I helped a motgage company in Fort Lauderdale develope a program that would allow them to cold call via their computers using Voip Technology. The computers would dial through a databse of millions of leads and connect the loan officers with the lead as soon as they picked up.
We setup and tested about 5 different software programs which used various technologies but one in particular worked failrly well and integrated with their loan origination software. This became such a successful way to market that they opened up another office of 120 telemarketers.

For my networking business I only market via referrals and business contacts. I believe you should always be fair and honest and the people you meet will always want to continue working with you!
