Sri,

As Andy stated, are you looking to conference with audio or video? If you are thinking about doing an audio conference and talk with five people or less, I highly recommend using Skype. This is a free service and works very well - especially if everyone has high-speed cable access. It is also a free service. However, everyone needs to download and install the Skype software - which is also free.

Now, for video conferencing, I recommend using Persony VShow Professional. While this software is not free, it is reasonably priced and truly extraordinary. Only one person needs to download it to his computer in order to conduct a conference with around 20 people. Everyone else simply goes to a website link to view the video conference. There is no need for anyone other than the presenter to download software. In addition, there is no fee required to conduct the conference. Once you own the software, that is all you are required to pay to do as many conferences as you like. Persony VShow Professional is awesome software. I particularly like the fact you can share with your audience anything you can open up on your desktop. You can also easily record the conference for uploading to a website or online video registry like YouTube.com. You can check it out yourself for a free 30-day trial at Power Networking. By the way, this software works very nicely with Skype.

If you have any questions about my suggestions, feel free to send me a private email.
