Yvette Dubel
I've been researching CRM and social captial for sometime now and now I'm working on a research paper on the topic. One of my primary objectives (professionally) was to develop meaningful marketing enterprises that would also integrate CRM strategy and cultivate social capital. What does that mean for business owners? An exciting innovative approach to relationship building with potential/existing customers that gives substance to customer loyalty programs. From this interest I developed my latest project Cultural Fusion and that is the demonstration model being used for my paper, but I'd appreciate your input with a few questions.
What is Cultural Fusion?

Cultural Fusion is an ArtSeries that is a radical revisioning of business development where the concept for the business itself is regarded as a work of art.

Cultural Fusion is my new performance art and multimedia collaboration series. The series will explore the relationship between art and business as the path prosperity that is open to all. From that starting point other ArtWork projects or rooms in Hotel Infinity will reveal new questions and present additional concepts to be explored.

I'm interested in how important it is to you to support and contribute to social capital in your marketing or operating your business?

Does your marketing currently focus on customer loyalty and retention or simply advertising?
What methods do you currently use as the backbone of your loyalty campains?
I know many people use CRM processes in their marketing so I'm seeking insight into how you use CRM strategy and any responses are greatly appreicated.

Only the best,
Yvette
