These days companies in all industries are partnering up with each other for marketing, competitive and strategic reasons(ie. FedEx and Kinko).
My parents own a Chinese health food store and I'm in the process of trying to find companies to partner up with us in the same manner. I'm thinking that the ideal companies for us to partner up with would be yoga studios, health & fitness clubs, school that teaches acupuncture, therapeutic massage and aromatherapy and spas.
What experience have the people in this Ryze group have had in the past when it comes to forming strategic alliances or partnership? What the pitfalls to avoid? What would do differently if you had to do it again?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
