I have just recently returned to the Ryze after sometime and once again this is a very insightful network to be involved with. My question goes along with last one posted.

Identity Theft is a staggering ordeal for anyone to deal with on a personal level but now due to the FTC regulations and FACTA act of 2005 businesses are being targeted for carelessness in the care of customer and employee information.

Radio Shack and TJMAX just to name a few....

My question is,in everyones opinion what is the best way to get this information in front of business owners/ employers just to ensure that they can protect themselves and their investments?

Its a good chance that 90%+ of the businesses out there do not even know that there are mandatory stipulations in place for them to provide Identity Theft training to their employees. The resolution is simple but I agree that there is a huge amount of information overload out there.

JJ Parsons
