Chocolate Ricotta Crème
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp stevia or artificial sweetener
Mix together, chill and serve.
Lemon Zest Ricotta Crème
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ teaspoon lemon zest
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp stevia or artificial sweetener
Mix together, chill and serve.
Almond Ricotta Crème
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ tsp almond extract
¼ tsp stevia or artificial sweetener
1 tsp slivered toasted almonds
Mix together, chill and serve.
Vanilla Ricotta Crème
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp stevia or artificial sweetener
Mix together, chill and serve.
Lime Zest Ricotta Crème
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ teaspoon lime zest
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp stevia or artificial sweetener
