Gluten free lasagna |

I discovered since going gluten free that you can substitute squash for the pasta and make a wonderful casserole. cook 1 pound lean hamburger meat with onions and bell peppers. then add one can of Hunt's original spaghetti sauce-(it is gluten free) slice zucchini or yellow squash or a mixture of both kinds into thin slices and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. pour the meat and sauce mixture over the squash and sprinkle with grated cheese-- (whatever kind you like best) Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes
you can modify this recipe to your own preferences-- it tastes great every time.
