Dear Lamar:
It completely impresses me that you are so very determined to make Project – Middletown (Middletown, CA) happen and the manner in which you stimulate people like myself who live far away from CA to help you with that project. If it were not for people like you life on this earth would not be as positive and exciting. Thank you for doing this and creating environments to get people motivated to get involved.
We need to understand that we have to start moving above the line, we need to take more Ownership, Accountability and Response-ability for who we are and what we stand for as members of Ryze and as people who reach out to help each other. Rather then Below the Line where we have blame, excuses and are in denial about things. Once you move above the line then you will truly take your OAR and move into a positive direction.
We also need to understand that we cannot expect anything until we give first. Give of our time, give our money and especially do something for others without expecting anything in return. My own late Father was a great example for me because he constantly was involved in projects that would not give him anything in return. Based on his saying: "Do well and do not expect anything in return!"
However if we start giving then we realize that there are very positive things happening on our lives. Any action will have a re-action. I urged all of the people who are involved with the Project Middletown to help you with the Harvest project by sending out invitations to their own database of potential clients and see where that will lead us. Everybody who read this, please help us to make the Middletown CA project the success it so greatly deserves by not looking at ourselves but looking at others and how we can help others.
