| If you live in the South Lake County area of Northern California, there are several upcoming events you need to make plans to attend: 1) Middletown Merchants Business Meeting, Thursday, Feb.21st at 8 a.m. at the Middletown Senior Center, adjacent to the Middletown Central Park. There will be a special presentation concerning solar energy at this meeting by Akeena Solar. 2) Middletown Area Town Hall Meeting, Thursday, Feb. 21st at 7 p.m. in the Multi-Use Room of the Middletown High School in Downtown Middletown. There will be important discussions on the future direction of the community - including the use of digital signage and how best to rally community support for growth. 3) Grantseeking Basics presentation by Scott Ullman of The Foundation Center at the Greenview Restaurant in Hidden Valley Lake at 7 p.m. on March 3rd.
