Thanks for the tips--I knew not to drink milk because it makes you phlegmy (but not, probably, phlegmatic), and knew to avoid the carbonation, but citrus? I didn't know. Thanks!

I've got the good water at the ready. Now I'm worried about the storms. I've prepared, though. The teleclass is printed, the back up phone is charged, the crank-up flashlight is ready in case the lights go out.
