Hi! My name is Dannye Williamsen, and I am The Solopreneur’s Coach.

Coaching/counseling has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. Strangers would come up to me at a department store and begin telling me their problems when I was still in high school. I didn’t see it as unusual at the time, and it nurtured in me a passion for helping others. Today I am still passionate and have developed my intuition which serves me well as The Solopreneur’s Coach.

Through my management background in such diverse fields as construction, land development, commodity market analysis, mining, and cable TV, I was fortunate to be in a position of working with others to change their lives as well as impact the tasks at hand through their personal growth. I often find myself on the listening end of others' problems. It's always been this way, and perhaps that is what sparked my desire to help others. I only know that over the years, the process has changed my life because it continually forced me to look inside myself as I strove to empathize with others.

My psychology degree convinced me that change is more personal than it is necessarily viewed by academia. Change is constant, but the nature of that change is a matter of choice. However, as one's understanding grows, those choices become clearer and more psychologically penetrating. Understanding requires information and applied experiences.

With my 25+ years of study focused on personal growth, my goal as a coach for solopreneurs is to assist them in gathering information they can use to appreciate who they really are; to give them the courage to apply what they learn to their day-to-day experiences; and finally, to just experience the joy of success.

As an author, I have a 5 CD audio book called "It's Your Move!" which was a finalist in the 2004 Book of the Year Awards. I also have a book titled "Metaphysical Minute - Philosophy on the Run." Both are available on my web site.

I have also written two psychological thrillers for which I am currently seeking representation. If anyone can help me with this, I would be eternally grateful!
