Hello Joel,
Well first of all the network marketing industry is a great industry to be a part of. I am currently a part of it and love it. I believe that most people think it's a scam because of the false wealth that it provides from the beginning. You always hear the network marketing industry talking about how to "get rich quick". This is not true, although some do excel very quickly. This industry is all about building a business from scratch. Learning is the key to this industry. You have to do your homework and really learn how to market yourself and not necessarily your product. If you know how to market effectively then you can take any business and turn it around withing a period of time. So instead of focusing on the product, really focus on how you can improve your knowledge and skills on building a successful netowork marketing business and then the choice on which company to join will be easier for you.
