Kurt Schweitzer 		The Web does a TERRIBLE job of targeting geographic areas. You do much better defining psychographic profiles of your target markets, and use those to attract your customers.

What are psychographic profiles? They are characterizations of people in terms of their desires and personalities as well as where they live and how much resources (money) they have.
