At present, I am operating two companies; Enchanting Travels and Tours Co., Ltd., an inbound adventure travel company and Mythic Race Co., Ltd., a web technology company focusing primarily on business web design solutions.
Since I have two companies, my objectives are diverse for each.
For my tourism company, Enchanting Travels & Tours:
1.) To establish business partnership (joint-venture or representatives) with a South East Asian travel agency, in order to provide more diverse services at affordable rates for our clients and prospects.
2.) To gain 200 clients in sightseeing trips in Myanmar.
3.) To gain 50 clients in adventure tours in Myanmar.
4.) To gain strong market share in Australia and UK
Those are my business objectives for Enchanting Travels
The followings are for Mythic Race Company:
1.) To establish a strong business relationship with a design company in Australia or UK to gain outsource web design projects.
2.) To establish a reputable brand image and gain market share for enterprises in Myanmar.
3.) To establish strong and reliable management, operation and technology teams for the company.
