need tips on restarting my PPC campaigns

I want to use pay per click more but with the new format for yahoo I feel as though I am over my head. They "created" categories for me with the new change over/upgrade and now everything is so screwed up (irrelevant categories) that I think I need to start over instead of trying to salvage what I have. There has got to be an easier way of keeping track of all this as I start over. Any suggestions for simplifying the process. I already have the keywords. This is so tedious.... but I'm not yet at the point where I can hire someone to do it for me. It doesn't even seem like you can upload a spreadsheet with either google or yahoo.
