Proceed with caution. Smells a little like a sardine...just off the top.
American Eagles are an endangered species....and probably very tough to eat....which is what you end up having to do when you can't find a buyer.
Then: who are the Principals and what are their principles?
Are they only interested in finding a Mark to buy their stuff?
Personally, I'd take great strides in the opposite direction...'cause if the deal wasn't good for the Principals, you can bet you'd never have heard about it. :o)
Inquire at scambusters.org if you wish ....
You know, there are one or two wonderful proven concepts available where your time (not money) can be invested to great advantage.....but they aren't popular with some cause they require Effort.
