Clients are more receptive to our new approach...
We are now providing clients with "Loan Offers" BEFORE they have to pay a fee. Our clients are much more comfortable with this method of applying for a loan.

Here's how it works...
Applying for a loan is FREE...if you do not receive an "Offer" from our Direct Lender that uses logarithm underwriting, there is no fee charged:

Step One…determine if your Trans Union Score is at least 660
If you meet the minimum score requirement, we perform a debt ratio analysis (for FREE)
If your credit score is below 660; if you have made multiple recent credit inquiries; if your debt ratios do not meet the minimum underwriting guidelines of the Lender, THERE IS NO CHARGE!
Securing a "Loan Offer" for FREE directly from this Lender:
We submit your loan request through an on-line application process (this does NOT require your Social Security #)
If you are offered a loan, it usually comes with several options (various amounts, rates & terms...3 or 5 years)
We send you a copy of the "Loan Offers" for your review, FREE of charge
If you choose to decline the "Loan Offers", you pay NO fees
If you choose to move forward and select one of the "Loan Offers", at this point a fee is applied
Fees are based on performance and the loan amount
We recommend clients pay the fee with a credit card...by the time you are billed, you will have loan proceeds to pay the fee you placed on your credit card
