Please understand the background why this post was required.

This does not mean everyone of us is not following these guidelines but to avoid undue incidences like last time we feel it is better to have these generic guidelines in place. Majority of us are already following them and do not need to check back.

Those who are not having clear identity, know themselves as well. We are talking about this lot and expect them to act on their own profile and establish identity.
