Hi,
As discussed in my earlier posts, we have now purchased land for the Affordable Group Housing Project (Plot No. 188 & 189, Sector 3, Ulve). Flats in this project will be available at actual cost i.e. Cost of land + Cost of Construction + Cost of Approvals + Consultants fees.
Tentative floor layout plans showing 2 bhk and 1 bhk flats are ready. Out of total 28 flats, 2 nos 2 bhk and 2 nos 1 bhk flats are still available.
Last date for applications is 25th August 2010.
