Brian, that is a valid point right there and worth repeating: "Most of the time, people are so apt to spout out what they can give you without actually knowing what you really need..."
Many sales people (and others) should try to listen better. While we all know that and read it in all the sales teachings, we often forget it. So bringing it up was a good choice and when we read it often enough, maybe it'll make a difference for the better. Thanks a million.
