I love to play chess. Lucky for me, three of my sons enjoy the game, so we play every day.
I love to read, too! I keep two books going: one fiction and one non-fiction. Right now, I'm slogging through a rather tame novel by Elizabeth George (In the Presence of the Enemy). That's probably because I'm thoroughly enjoying The Art of Intrusion, by Kevin D. Mitnick and William L. Simon.
Finally, I love inventing games. Most of them are mental exercises for contests, but some are for my current software project (oops! That's work!)
I participate in the Board Game Designers Forum's monthly Game Design Showdown. That is a fun place for me to hang out on the web.
I don't even Twitter much anymore, though that's fun, too!
Cheers,
Mitch
