Sorry, I missed this post, would've replied sooner.
Anyway, the page looks OK to me, except where the top of the page has a text description, it seems to run right into the side of the design.
Here is a screen shot that I captured looking at your site in IE.

Also, on the middle table where you have your sign up form, the corners on the top left and bottom left are off-kilter, somehow.
As for the length of the page, I think it's OK, because you obviously are aiming to illustrate the terms and inclusions of the service, but it could be better.
I would recommend perhaps breaking up the content visually, whether with headings and subheadings above certain paragraphs, or by using a jump menu of some kind - anchored links that jump to each section, with a link back to the top, under each respective section.
