The yellow tag and highlighted line underneath business listings are a new advertising product called Google Tags. Tags allow business owners to promote important aspects of their business. Tags are available for PIN-verified listings through Google Places.

Tags do not affect the rank of a listing in search results; they simply add more information to a listing when it appears in search results.
