That is why I started this service Kathy, MANY folks are in the same situation.
They see something that looks great and go for it especially when it seems to include all kinds of freebies.
It is like learning another language.
Bandwidth is the limitation on the amount of files the website transfers to the visitors.
You might have seen a web stats programs where you were shown the amount of visitors and a separate entry for "hits".
Each "hit" is a transferred file. It could be a graphic, a html file, a video, or whatever you have on a page.
If I look at my DotCom-Production's stats for this month I will see:
Unique visitors | Number of visits |Pages | Hits | Bandwidth

Now this is over half the month and the allotment of bandwidth on basic accounts is 10 GB Bandwidth so I would have about 9.75 GB left. (277.20 MB = 0.270703125 GB).
A basic hosting client gets 250 MB of space. In layman's terms you could host about 250,000 regular pages. Of course this will vary with content, but I think you get the idea.
95% of my clients rarely use more than 10% for static sites and 20% for database driven PHP/MySQL content managements systems. CRELoaded CMS has some 1600 to 3000 files, depending on the version and takes about 35 MB.
I often see people taking expensive monthly plans because they get a web editor or similar when, with a little investigation they could find similar or better free.
An example of this is the free, open source, web editor NVU.

With this program and the File Manger in cPanel, one would have everything they need to build a website.
There are other options for building sites as well.
I have often mentioned CRELoaded as IMO, it is one of the best content managers one can find.
