In case all of you didn't know... here are the top 3 steps to setting up your business

1.) Name Your Business

2.) Register Your Business Name With Your State - It's free and this will give you an EIN number. And you can get it here:
http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/index.html

3.) Set Up A Business Account - Make sure there is free online banking to help your accounting, check account balances and transfer options. Get the free checks that come with it. Apply for a business credit card to seperate your business expenses from personal purchases.Pay off any purchases and build your business credit.

Treating your business as a business from the start will be setting you up for success!
