With some noteworthy exceptions, this venue unfortunately allows and provides self-aggrandizing, self-promotion in all group members' inboxes, without restraint. It's become quite frequent and annoying lately after a period of "deafening silence" and so, I think that it's worth commenting upon because, it's almost always the same people. It wasn't supposed to, was my understanding.
I look forward to the day when the internet will enable the Food Network to provide the scents of all that great cooking to us, as well as brown paper bags for all other unpleasant things and thoughts that we are bombarded with that only represent someone else's agenda...This most recent nonsense is more than I certainly can bare and will sign off.
Best of luck to all, particularly in foreign lands and...don't be dominated by self-proclaimed "experts" and their...relentlessness. There's much better resources out there if you know where to look for it. I'm only sorry for your sakes that no one is taking serious responsibility for this venue any more and even when there was activity here, abuses were abound.... I'm off...
