What does Telme do?
Telme is a new generation company that is creating the first global Wi-Fi network made up of people that consents you to freely connect to the Internet, share and communicate from your landline telephone, computer and mobile.
What products does Telme sell?
Telme offers the instruments in order to allow you to build YOUR network, which consents you to connect to Internet, freely share and communicate from your landline telephone, computer and mobile.
What is the AirGate?
AirGate is a Wi-Fi/VoIP device offered by Telme that permits you to:
contemporarily create two Wi-Fi networks, of which one is public
extend the range of your network, connecting to AirGate Max
easily make VoIP calls
Until October 2008 the first two functions are not available. After October your AirGate which was purchased during the May-October 2008 promotion shall be automatically updated.
What is AirGate Max?
AirGate Max is a wireless device with a wider range of action achieved by an easy external installation. AirGate Max drastically extends the range of coverage for your public Network.
What do I need in order to utilise an AirGate?
It is necessary to dispose of a broadband Internet subscription and an ADSL modem or router or a cable supplied by your provider.
To utilise the VoIP service, you require a traditional landline telephone with a touchtone keypad.
Is my AirGate immediately operational?
It is necessary to register a new VSIM by utilising the serial number present on the back of your AirGate, or activate the AirGate with an already existent VSIM by clicking on the banner in your VSIM panel.
How can I purchase an AirGate?
Until October AirGate is available only to Telme distributors in the Partner and Team Builder packages.
Furthermore, it can be purchased from all of the existing distributors exclusively for personal use.
After October, the purchase of the product will be open to the public.
A Telme distributor can purchase only one AirGate device until October 2008 for the purposes of demonstrating the product.
Does Telme exist in my country?
Telme utilises an international business model (e-commerce) where the transactions occur via Internet and the product is sent via international courier worldwide or by domestic shipment in Europe, Venezuela and Colombia.
I am a Telme distributor, how does my business change?
Telme announces the second stage of its project, of which the first objective is the creation of a business community. Until October 2008 it is possible to enter into the Telme project only as a distributor.

Do I have to continue to utilise digital port and the VSIM portal?
Yes, until October 2008 you can continue to utilise the digital port and the VSIM panel.
Starting from October 2008, the same will be substituted by a singular Telme portal and the others will no longer be accessible.
I still have non-activated VSIM Classic, can I continue to activate them?
Yes, it is possible until October. Beginning October 2008, with the launch of the project to the public, shall be voided.
During the period May-October, can I continue to purchase VSIM Classic NRG?
No, it will not be possible in this period. For every AirGate consigned you can activate one VSIM Classic. However, the NRG can once again be purchased starting October 2008.
I am a Telme distributor, can I purchase an AirGate?
Yes, until October 2008 the AirGate is only available for distributors, you can order your AirGate from the digital portal.
I am a Telme distributor; can I purchase an AirGate for somebody else?
It is important to know that the AirGate can be activated only on the VSIM registered to distributors.
I am a Telme distributor/client, can I continue to utilise my NRG?
Yes, all of the Telme services will continue to be supported and all of the existing clients can utilise them.
I am a Telme distributor/client, can I continue to utilise my VSIM Classic?
Yes, all of the Telme services will continue to be supported and all of the existing clients can utilise them.
In the new Telme distributor packages the VSIM will be included with the AirGate.
Where can I buy an AirGate and how much does it cost?
AirGate is available at a promotional price until October and can only be purchased by Telme distributors. It can be ordered in the digital portal if you are already a distributor, otherwise, you will receive it soon free of charge if you became a Telme Distributor after May 16th.
How can I immediately become a Telme member?
Until October 2008, access to the project is reserved to Partner or Team Builder distributors. You can become a distributor only of you are invited by another distributor.
What does becoming a Telme distributor signify?
Becoming a Telme distributor signifies accepting the conditions of the online distribution contract and makes a decision to promote Telme services on a worldwide level.
Can I purchase an AirGate without being a distributor?
Yes, after October 2008 the purchase of an AirGate will be open to everybody.
When can I utilise TelmeAir and have free access to other AirGates?
The TelmeAir project will be available to all users beginning October 2008. Follow the information on HYPERLINK http://www.telme.sg/www.telme.sg
What are the functions available on the AirGate that I received/will receive in my package?
Until October 2008 your AirGate will function with a common Wi-Fi access point that will consent you to utilise your Wi-Fi devices at home. Moreover, the VSIM VoIP service will be available by connecting a simple landline telephone to the AirGate.
The AirGate device will automatically be updated in October 2008.
When can I utilise the TelmeWorlds portal to search for AirSpots or my contacts?
You can utilise TelmeWorlds for this and other things starting October 2008.
What are the actions I can carry out up to October?
Register new Distributors and participate in the marketing plan
Purchase an AirGate as a distributor
Activate already purchased VSIM
Purchase telephone airtime for VSIM Classic or VSIM NRG
Purchase a DID number
Purchase an AirAntenna
Utilise the services previously activated: digital portal, VSIM portal.
What are the actions that I CANNOT carry out until October?
Activate new clients (VSIM, free member)
Activate AirGate on the VSIM of the clients or sell AirGate to clients
Utilise the services TelmeAir, TelmeWorlds, TelmeTalk; this is because the new portal shall be launched in October.

AirSpot: AirSpot is a TelmeAir qualified access point. A TelmeAir member (all Telme distributors and clients after May 16th 2008) that have activated their AirGate can connect to all of the AirSpots free of charge. Non-member users can utilise AirSpot behind payment.
AirAntenna: The external antenna for your AirGate, installing the Antenna outside of the window extends the range of your Network.
TelmeTalk: TelmeTalk is part of the Telme network that manages the communication-through AirGate, mobile, deskcall, symbian applications and other VSIM services.
TelmeAir: TelmeAir is a part of the Telme network that manages the Internet access and Telme services via AirGate.
All of the Telme members that have received and installed an AirGate device are considered TelmeAir members and can utilise the respective advantages-free access to other AirSpots, extra earnings on their AirSpot, presence on the worldwide map, etc.
TelmeWorlds is an integrated environment that consents you to live YOUR network and the network of other Telme users.
TelmeWorlds contains instruments for:
The research and the communication with other users
The management of your network
The management of personal contents
