Hello Everyone
This network is my vote of confidence in Ryze as an ideal network for discussions for a BUSINESS membership. It's simple, and effective.
In four years as a Ryze member I've witnessed in myself and others a remarkable change. IF you participate in networks by reading, by posting occasionally, by engaging personally with other members you LEARN a great deal. Perhaps the most important thing you learn is that other people can give you new knowledge and new vision, if you are open to their input.
Perhaps this openness to other people and to new ideas is the key difference that divides Ryze members. There is a divide between the 15% of members who put time and effort into their membership and who discover ways to succeed here, and the 85% of members who never see the point.
For a long time I tried to encourage the 85%. That's a useful activity, but it's unrewarding. Usually the result is the sound of one hand clapping. You can only engage if the other person has the confidence and the understanding to be a member of the conversation.
I've seen so many people begin their time on Ryze, uncertain about who that were and unwilling to make any assertive statements about themselves or their business interests. Over time if they participate, confidence grows, knowledge grows and leadership skills develop. Those are desirable changes, changes that we all need to make if we are to build an Open Future.
