Chris Nagele		You may want to add this book also. It is by Alan Cooper. Definitely the best interaction design methods I have ever seen. http://tinyurl.com/qzp9 The main point: Design around user's end goals and not just their tasks. If you design with these intentions it covers the entire experience and not just the ease of use. He also explains how to research in the beginning in order to minimize the amount of iterations when testing. Private Reply to Chris Nagele (new win)
