Speaking of which, did you read Boo Hoo? Although it concentrated on the business aspects of their downfall, I found it a very fun holiday read. It did make me wonder, just how important was the lack of usability on boo.com? I think it is difficult to judge, but it certainly amounted to bad press, which put a lot of people off visiting the site at all.
