Matt Overton		While I don't agree w/ the original poster, I think customer is valid since that person spends time/attention looking at your site, whether or not it is transactional. I've seen customer, constituent and user used pretty much inchangeably, but it seems that 'user experience' as a term has the greatest uptake by those who aren't practioners and therefore it makes sense for us to group around that.
