I like to define the "User Experience" as a combination of business strategy, visual design, user interface or interaction design and information architecture. All of these combined create the user experience.
This can be applied to anything which requires an interaction between a human being and anything else. It is not just related to ecommerce or the internet. It can apply equally to environmental signage, industrial design or marketing collateral. Private Reply to Brian Friesen (new win) |
