Kyle Pero		I recently finished conducting research on a user group that mainly consisted of seniors (65+ age group). I have to say that I am simply astonished by how savvy the people I talked to in their mid 70's are. Being in my mid 20's and only having my grandparents to benchmark I truly had the wrong perception of seniors. I was simply shocked to see how many not only use the internet (AVIDLY), but also pay their bills online, bank online and have PDA's and cell phones with internet connections. Never underestimate the value of performing contexual interviews with potential users.
