I currently work as a New Medis Designer, getting my hands in both the design, development and interactive side of the projects. If you are a "Web Designer" but you dont code at all, I'd say you are still a designer designing front end graphics, but it's almost as if you function as a "Web Graphics Designer" Are you sure you dont code in HTML at least? If you dont I'd recommend learning, especially for what you do.
