Kyle Pero		The other day I stumbled across a survey tool that is reasonably priced: www.alertus.com If you use their question templates (which, I don't like) it's only $10/mo. If you want to upgrade for more control and features they have $100/mo and $150/mo plans. I don't think these prices are too bad since you would probably only need to run a survey for a few months.
