Kyle Pero		If anyone is on the SIGIA-L mailing list you may have read something about this yesterday... TechSmith just came out with a new user testing tool called Morae, and it looks amazing! I've always been a fan of TechSmith's Camtasia Studio because you can record a user's screen, but this new tool goes the extra mile by synchronizing screen, camera and voice recordings. You can easily do a picture-in-picture video without using a mixing board. It also has a feature where a networked computer can observe in real-time and set markers to flag interesting points in the test.
