Brrr. That survey is BAD! Ever thought of getting good results by giving the users the option to select from well balanced, less opinionated selections.
Some of the missing answers
Q1: Good, controversial content, boring layout
Q2: San-Serif below xx points, above anything goes
Q3: All of the above, Build it task centric
Q4: Use if apropriate (not animation only!)
Q5: We try to avoid, but if they are the smaller tradeoff...
Q6: Depends on the purpose of the site
Q9: Seperate the topics....
Q9a: A lab doesn't matter, the usability test matters. Better do one in a pub than having an empty lab
Q9b: Guidelines need to meet reality
Q10: Colors need to be carefully selected and support the site purpose. Often less is more
