2. User Experience Design (information architecture design including development of controlled vocabularies, development of design guidelines, principles and patterns, hyperbolic browser design, interaction design, prototyping, documenting standards and guidelines, creating design specifications, etc.)
3. User Experience Evaluation and Measurement (information architecture evaluation, usability testing, expert reviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiries, task based focus groups, etc)

3. internet banking
5. content management design

Our senior specialists are also required to have the confidence and ability to conduct training (1 or 2 day workshops). The specialist will have the responsibility of creating his/her own training materials. Typically, we run 2 to 3 workshops a month.
How to proceed?
SENIOR SPECIALIST: You must be able to perform (D) (pls. provide us with a list of topics that you are able to provide training for) and on top of that you must be able to perform at least two of the components in (A) and at least one of the components in (B) and (C), e.g "I specialise in user experience research for web-based e-learning applications. I have experience conducting qualitative research, quantitative research and creation of strategic design tools. My sample documents are attached."
SPECIALIST: Same as specialist but not required to perform (D).
Look through the points above and let me know what areas you specialise in. Also inform me the position that best fits your level of experience (senior specialist or specialist). If required, I will then give you a call for a brief discussion. After that, if the conversation goes well and you are happy to proceed, we will send you a Candidate Evaluation Test which has around 6 questions (attached is a sample test). You can take up to 3 weeks to answer the questions. The purpose of this evaluation is to get an understanding of how you think and how you go about solving problems. We will then evaluate your answers and collate that with your relative experience and areas of expertise. After that, we will make our decision.
All the best.
