Here's an interesting question... Why is the cardinal rule, never make the home link clickable on the homepage, ever applied to local or global navigation throughout an entire site? Here's a perfect example: http://tinyurl.com/28cky
I'm creating a prototype and I'm not making the current page a user is on clickable from the navigation. Is this wrong? It's logical if you follow the "homepage rule", but why don't I see more sites doing this???
I'm curious as to what the group's thoughts are on this.
