kimberly carroll		I'm curious as to the group's take on getting user feedback remotely - that is asking them to use a site on their own and then provide feedback via a survey or worksheet. Do you use this method – why or why not? Helpful/not helpful feedback? Do you have better methods and ideas when you need a down and dirty test in a very short amount of time?
