Rebecca St. Martin		Chris, What do you do if the client doesn't see the value in a usability study or has unrealistic goals of what can be achieved with the resources they're willing to commit? While the numbers make sense to you and me, and while we do our best to explain the numbers, sometimes the client just doesn't listen.
