Citibank free ticket – taking for a ride?

I have always found Citibank to be wanting in their service whenever I had issues. I escalated to their Chennai office as well as US office. No one responded.

The only thing I could do was to stop doing business with them. I returned their credit cards, stopped all other investment related transactions. Now I maintain my Suvidha a/c with some minimum amount like 5K. It may not affect them much, but gives me satisfaction. I have also successfully convinced at least 10 friends of mine not to go for Citibank loans. I suggest to all Ryzers to stop all businesses with Citibank, spread the word about their services (or the lack of it). Hopefully at some point of time it will start pinching them.
