HI all,
Though I was not a victim of this particular contest, I have my own reasons to hate the said bank. Hence I wrote a long letter to Mr. Ramachnadra and here is whathe has replied. Request all of you to give him a chance as per his letter. If he does not keep up his committement, its a good idea to approach consumer forum.

If you have the email IDs or telephone numbers of these customers, it will help us establish contact swiftly with them to ensure that we resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction. The service provider with whom we have contracted for this promotion operates under a strict service level agreement which we have entered into. We will certainly ensure that we take up the matter with them on a priority basis, os that issues if any are swifty addressed. There are a significant number of customers who have qualified for this program, and the response in fact, has far exceeded what we had expected. Despite the promotion being valid only for the first 50,000 customers, we are accomodating customers over and above this too, on a best efforts basis. There are a lot of satisfied customers who have availed this offer, and please rest assured that we will ensure that all these customers situations too are taken care of so they are satisfied too.
