Dear All

This is an automated acknowledgement.

We have received your e-mail. Your Query Reference # is 2759130

Please reply to this mail for future communications on this query.

Warm Regards
Manager Customer Care

So I just forwarded this mail to Our Friend Mr T R Ramchandran immediately and marked a copy to myself . I am waiting for him to reply as he must be a
busy man handling those excess of 50000 customers too. So the lesson learnt is we need to make the system
work not the person work.

Well thats what I preach in my company too.

Any more suggessions from any one as to how do we take up the issue. As such I would call up Citi(*ever Slips)Bank any way regarding this but thats for my individual actions and even if i am served i would like to take forward from where Ashis has started and continue too.
