Hello Friends,
Well, Thanks a lot to the lady who gave the idea of mailing to Ramachandran :)
Following her suggestion, I sent a mail to Mr. Ramachandran at 12 noon today. I get a response from him by 1:50pm apologizing and assuring about the service.
Then at 5:30 I get a call from Citibank chennai asking about my preferred date and place to fly. I ask them to call me back after half an hour. At 6 again I get call from the same person. I give my choices of dates for one and only one destination.
By 6:30 I get mail from AirDeccan confirming my tickets with the PNR number as well as details of the ticket.
That was really amazingly fast response from the folks...I never deampt that they can do things so fast and with so much of professionalism. I mailed back to Ramachandran with Thanks.
So, friends, I feel there is still a chance for those who really want to take the opportunity. He seems to be a sincere person and really serious to save the image of the company.
