I got a broadband connection from them, about a year back.
He is not my friend and I have not even met him, in fact Ive only spoken to him twice over the last year thanks to some trouble that I had with my connection (which is a rarity)

Very professional job ... They maintain good customer relations. Talking to these people doesnt give you the feeling that you're talking to a robot. Right from the time that I decided to go in for a Bband connection , to the installation , the setup and all the hullabaloo that surrounds these things was handled pretty well by them. Decent charges, good product and definitely good responsiveness.
If anyones going in for Bband i'd suggest they try Airtel.
