Your Comments on service, product (Quality, Price, Timelines etc): Very good service! Totally satisfied!! Rafiq is friendly, considerate (softens music when my phone rings, enquires about AC being at appropriate cooling), not rash at all, drive within speed limit and is punctual.
I have Rafiq's direct number and don't need to dial Meru Cabs. He does not offer discounts or anything, but provides good service. Also, incase you need taxi at a specific time and Rafiq is not available, he honestly and polietly tells you that so that you have time to make alternate arrangements.
