Training Space of 300 - 400 Sq.ft Reqd. urgently on a sharing basis |

Dear BBN Members,
I request your assistance with this requirement.
We need a training Space of 300-400 Sq.ft (Max 800 Sq.ft) with toilet and Generator/UPS backup urgently on a shared basis. Close proximity to corporate companies, large residential areas and education institutions would be a plus(Approx 8-10Km radius).
The place can be furnished with training chairs & basic equipments or it can be a commercial space without any training equipment but must have decent minimum interiors.
We are a start-up firm and just cannot afford Advance payment at this point. We can only pay a monthly rental based on our usage.
We are also seeking assistance from People/ professionals willing to assist us with our venture as we are providing the Coaching and Training(Professional Skills Personality Development and Soft skills training) to young college graduates & young professionals with with a Social Entrepreneurship motive.
