Farm Villa Plot for a Richie Rich

There is a large very beautiful farm plot available about 5 to 10 mins from the Art of Living Ashram, just off the main Kanakapura Rd, tucked away nicely with lots of trees, a borewell and transformer. The area is very very quiet, peaceful and protected. It would be about a 30 mins easy drive from electronics along the NICE Rd and Kanakapura Rd to the plot.

The owner would like to keep 1/2 the land for himself, but is willing to sell the rest (about 3/4 acre) to a good person. Only agriculturists are allowed to buy agricultural land in Karnataka. Price around Rs 1.2 Cr
