Looking for shared office accommodation in Chennai

Hi,

We are looking for shared office accommodation in Chennai. Our requirement is to conduct training mostly on weekends for a group of 8 to 10 participants on a regular basis. We need a small conference room preferably air-conditioned with a whiteboard and toilet facility. Our training session will be instructor led using LCD projector and individual computers for participants. We also will need internet connectivity and access to restaurants close by for providing lunch for participants.

We have a budget of around 10K per month with some office advance if required. If there is provision to put a name board it would be helpful to our business.

Can anyone help us identify a suitable place? If it is a larger office space, I have one of my friends who is also looking for similar arrangement willing to join with me.
